PRESS RELEASE - PAUL SPURGEON WINNER OF PLATINUM SOLITAIRE DESIGN INHORGENTA EUROPE

INHORGENTA 2009 was leading UK designer Paul Spurgeon’s second exposure to the German jewellery fair in Munich and during this second visit to the show Paul won the Platinum Solitaire Award for his platinum solitaire wave ring. The sleek platinum solitaire with a marquise-cut diamond rising upward like a striving sprout of a young plant, is a gravity defying contemporary design - beautiful to look at, even more beautiful to wear. The Platinum Guild International Germany (PGI) jury chose their design favourite for the Platinum Trends 2009 award from over 200 pieces of jewellery. Paul said ”Receiving an award from the German Guild was an important honour attracting not only attention in the international jewellery industry, but orders from all over the world. The show is an international jewellery show of the highest calibre, where appreciation is given for exceptional design and high end professional finish. Due to last year’s success Paul Spurgeon Design will again be exhibiting at Inhorgenta Europe this year in the prestigious hall B1 alongside leading international brands.
